Customer Feedback

Thank you so much to all of our lovely customers who take the time to rate and review our products and customer service. As a small independent business we value this so so much and it makes my day to get such great feedback. The reviews above were sent in recently via our Etsy Store by a customer based in the USA (hence the delivery time wait) and one in the UK (who came back for another duvet set :)))

Did you know that I send out a couple of free A5 art prints of our designs with each bedding set along with a hand written note and a discount code for future purchases?

Did you know that I always go try to go above and beyond to get items to customers in time for birthdays (even been known to send an order with a friends sister traveling back to London so that a courier could collect it from her office as it was quicker that way than shipping direct from NL!). I sometimes send items to my mum in the UK so that UPS express worldwide delivery can pick-up from her as they charge 4 times to cost to pick-up from NL.

And, did you know that even several years after a customer has bought a Moozle teepee and they lost or broke a pole/plastic joiner durning a house move I will send them a replacment piece free of charge? No? You didn't know? Well now you do :) x
