Did you know that I send out a couple of free A5 art prints of our designs with each bedding set along with a hand written note and a discount code for future purchases?
Did you know that I always go try to go above and beyond to get items to customers in time for birthdays (even been known to send an order with a friends sister traveling back to London so that a courier could collect it from her office as it was quicker that way than shipping direct from NL!). I sometimes send items to my mum in the UK so that UPS express worldwide delivery can pick-up from her as they charge 4 times to cost to pick-up from NL.
And, did you know that even several years after a customer has bought a Moozle teepee and they lost or broke a pole/plastic joiner durning a house move I will send them a replacment piece free of charge? No? You didn't know? Well now you do :) x
