Delivery​​​​​​​​​​​

Delivery charges depend on your region and the weight of the teepee. MIDI size teepees with poles weigh a little more and are costed accordinly.

Shipping fees are £5 / £7 (NL), £15 for Rest of EU, international and multiple orders to the same address (up to 4 teepees) will only incur one shipping fee and will be packed together (send up to 4 teepees for the price of one!!). The shipping cost will be added at the time of checkout TO ALL ORDERS we ship from the Netherlands EU via TNT Post, all teepees are sent with track and trace but do NOT require a signature on delivery. If you would like to request that your delivery is signed for, please notify us BEFORE you place your order, you can do this via the contact form.

We aim to ship your goods within 7 working days from receipt of your order (sooner in most cases but busy periods can not be accounted for, when this happens you will be notified of the current waiting time via email in your order confirmation), however bespoke teepees that are made to order require more time to prepare and can take up to 21 days to dispatch. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will advise you accordingly and provide an estimated delivery date. Please email your queries via the contact button on the main menu bar.​

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24hrs of placing your order please check the email address that you provided on your Paypal order/receipt as this is the contact information we have for you (this may be your old email address, or even your partners). If in any doubt please contact us via the contact form to enquire.

*IMPORTANT* the delivery address we use is copied and pasted from the Paypal order you place with you. PLEASE make sure that this is your current address!! Any error with the address results in your teepee being delayed or even returned to sender, if you wish the teepee to be re-sent to your correct address we will need to charge again for the shipping.

 

Returns & Exchanges​​​​​​​​​​​

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, please do get in touch straight away, we want to help you. If there is a problem with your teepee, just return it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt .It would help us if you would state the reason for the return. We will refund postage costs if the return is due to a fault on our behalf.

If you have any concerns with your teepee please contact us asap so we can help rectify the situation. Where a manufacturing fault occurs you will be offered a replacement teepee or a full refund.​

​*The teepee sizes are clearly stated on each product listing as well as on the size guide, please make sure you check the sizes before you order.

*The teepee fabric colour is clearly stated as unbleached, it is not white.
