Shipping fees can be calculated at the checkout, just add your country and then the postcode to check fee before you buy, All items are sent sent via PostNL mail unless you request a quote for expedited delivery.

All bedding deliveries over €50 value are sent with tracking and insurance, you will be emailed a tracking code once your parcel has shipped.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24hrs of placing your order please check your spam folder and the email address that you provided on your Paypal order/receipt as this is the contact information we have for you (this may be your old email address, or even your partners). If in any doubt please contact us via the contact form to enquire.

*IMPORTANT* the delivery address we use is copied and pasted from the order you place with us. PLEASE make sure that this is your current address!! Any error with the address results in your order being delayed or even returned to sender, if you wish the order to be re-sent to your correct address we will need to charge again for the shipping.

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, please do get in touch straight away, we want to help you.

If you would like to return your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned to me in saleable condition within 30 days from notifying me of the return for a refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a manufacturing fault.
