Moozle Popcorn Recipe
Hello, thanks for popping in!
Since the last workshop some of the parents have been asking me to share the recipes we used, or rather, the kids have been asking their mums to get the recipes from me!!
So, I’ll start with the popcorn one as I know someone is waiting for it (soooo sorry for the wait!) but here it is…

Moozle Popcorn
In a large pan with a lid add a generous tablespoon of coconut oil, place the lid on the pan and turn up the heat.
Once the oil is hot, remove lid and add one cup of popcorn kernels, replace the lid and give the pan a shake to coat the kernels in the hot oil.
Once you hear the kernals start to ‘pop’ turn the heat half way down. The kernels should continue to ‘pop’, if not, turn to heat back up slightly so the ‘popping’ continues.
When the pan quietens down, give it another shake, the last of the kernels should now pop. Turn off the heat and move the pan to a cool ring on the hob.
For the topping
Melt half a cup of good butter in a bowl over a pan of just boiled water. Add in 2 tablespoons of dark brown sugar and a teaspoon of sea salt. Stir together and once melted pour the mixture over the popcorn stirring and shaking as you go.
Serve in a large bowl with a big smile :)
