Shipping policy

Shipping fees can be calcuated at the checkout, just add your country and then the postcode to check fee before you buy, All items are sent regular PostNL mail unless you request a quote for expediated delivery.

Bedding sets are for pre-order only currently, delivery is up to 30 days.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24hrs of placing your order please check the email address that you provided on your Paypal order/receipt as this is the contact information we have for you (this may be your old email address, or even your partners). If in any doubt please contact us via the contact form to enquire.

*IMPORTANT* the delivery address we use is copied and pasted from the order you place with us. PLEASE make sure that this is your current address!! Any error with the address results in your order being delayed or even returned to sender, if you wish the order to be re-sent to your correct address we will need to charge again for the shipping.
