Since the last workshop some of the parents have been asking me to share the recipes we used, or rather, the kids have been asking their mums to get the recipes from me!!

So, I’ll start with the popcorn recipe!!

We made Mermaid dolls with removable tails (legs underneath!!!) during one of the day long workshops...perfect day camps for creative kids!

As we were taking our lunch up to the park for an alfresco picnic on the table tennis table (as we do), I asked who would like to carry the pumpkin..."why are we taking a pumpkin?" asked one of the children, "for the vibes!" I replied, "ohhhh, for the vibes. OK, I'm carrying the pumpkin!". 

We all know just how important it is to get a good nights sleep, we feel so much better for it, in our minds as well as in our bodies.

Not all of us are blessed with perfect sleeping patterns, some of us can sleep through thunder and lightening (or a baby crying, most annoyingly for those who are the 'other' partner) and some of us wake up when next doors cat sneezes ;)
